JEWELWEED/POISON IVY SOAP BAR

Gently cleanse and soothe itchy and irritated skin with our Jewelweed/Poison Ivy Soap Bar. Made with a special blend of natural ingredients including jewelweed, tea tree, bentonite clay, and essential oils, this soap is designed to alleviate irritation and promote skin healing. It is also helpful for bug bites.

This soap contains tea tree essential oil and bentonite clay so it is very drying but the addition of shea butter and avocado oil help to soften and nourish your skin at the same time. The olive oil in this recipe has been infused with fresh jewelweed, which was picked here at my home. Jewelweed is added for its skin soothing and anti-itch properties. Neem powder is included in this recipe for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and healing benefits. Neem is also a source of fatty acids, vitamins and minerals vital to healthy skin.
